A fully guided design experience where every detail is thoughtfully handled from start to finish.
Full-service Celebration is designed for hosts who want to be fully present for their celebration, without managing the details behind the scenes.

Booking Timeline
We recommend booking your celebration a minimum of 8-12 weeks in advance.
This allows time for thoughtful design development, sourcing decor elements, and preparing the celebration environment.
Celebrations with shorter timelines may still be possible, depending on availability.
If your event is approaching soon, a Rushed Design Timeline enhancement may be required to prioritize planning and sourcing.
Little Moments Studio accepts a limited number of celebrations each month to provide thoughtful design attention to every event.
If you have a date in mind, we encourage reaching out early to reserve your celebration.
Optional Enhancements
Enhancements allow you to expand your celebration design or add additional support where needed.

Additional Celebration Station (starting at $300) — Add an additional designed and styled celebration station to expand your event environment

Styled Photo Moment (starting at $450) — A professionally styled area designed for photos and guest interaction. This moment creates a beautiful backdrop where guests can gather and capture memories from the celebration.

Styled Cake or Dessert Display (starting at $375) — a professionally styled cake or dessert area that becomes a visual centerpiece of the celebration. Display elements, layering, and decor create a cohesive and inviting presentation.

Welcome Moment Styling (starting at $250) — A styled entry moment that welcomes guests as they arrive and sets the tone for the celebration. This may include signage, decorative moments, and a small styled vignette.

Activity or Play Station Styling (starting at $275) — A thoughtfully designed activity or play area that invites guests to interact with the celebration in a fun and engaging way. Perfect for children's celebrations or interactive event moments.

Favor Display Styling (starting at $200) — A beautifully styled display for guest favors or takeaway gifts, creating an organized and visually appealing presentation.

Custom Signage (starting at $350) – Personalize your celebration with one-of-a-kind signs, banners, and labels that elevate every detail.

Extra Activity or Play Station ($200-$400) – Add an interactive element for kids that keeps guests entertained and delighted throughout the event.

Vendor Sourcing & Ordering Support (Blueprint and Starter Kit Only) (starting at $300) — Support sourcing and coordinating select vendors for your celebration, including communication, ordering assistance, and delivery coordination when applicable.

Rush Design Timeline ($400) — Accelerated planning for celebrations with shorter timelines. This enhancement prioritizes design development and sourcing for events that need to come together quickly. Rush Timelines that are needed within 4 weeks of your event cannot be guaranteed.
